3. Pricing and Payment
All pricing will be communicated clearly before any work begins. Quotes are based on the information provided and may be subject to revision upon physical inspection. A deposit may be required for installation work or custom orders. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept payments via cash, card, or direct transfer. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a call-out or cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, safety concerns, or technician availability.
5. Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our workmanship. All labour is covered by a workmanship warranty for a specified period (usually 12 months unless otherwise stated). Any equipment or parts installed will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties are voided if the equipment is tampered with by another party, misused, or not maintained as recommended.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and providing accurate information about the system or issue. It is also the customer’s duty to secure pets, remove fragile items near the work area, and ensure someone over 18 is present during service visits.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure our work is completed safely and to a high standard, AZ Air Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from delays, service disruptions, or faulty third-party products. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by misuse of installed systems or failure to follow usage guidelines.
